Shocking news: PBB Gen11 results surprised many people, they couldn’t believe it…
Many netizens reacted strongly to the results of the latest season of *Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11* due to the unexpected rankings of the Big 4, which felt like a major plot twist.
This season’s Big 4 includes two contestants from Cebu—Kai Montinola from Talisay City and Rain Celmar from Consolacion—alongside Fyang Smith from Mandaluyong and Kolette Madelo from General Santos.
Right after the Top 4 announcement, netizens speculated that Kai and Fyang were the strongest candidates for the Big Winner title. Fyang, in particular, had a large fanbase even before entering the PBB house, with millions of followers on TikTok and other social media platforms, making her a strong contender for the win.
Many also believed that if Fyang didn’t win, Kai would be the next in line for the top spot due to her mature approach to handling tasks in Kuya’s house and her way of responding to situations and challenges. Additionally, Kai showcased talents in dancing and especially in singing.
However, on the Big Night, many were surprised by the final results. Kai was announced as the 4th Big Placer, receiving a prize of PHP 200,000, followed by Kolette as the 3rd Big Placer with PHP 300,000. Rain secured the 2nd Big Placer position with PHP 500,000, while Fyang emerged as the Big Winner, taking home PHP 1,000,000 and a house and lot from Vista Land.
After the final announcement, netizens shared their reactions on the *Pinoy Big Brother* Facebook post by ABS-CBN:
“I’m still shocked by Kai’s placement. This percentage is too low! Honestly, her fans got too complacent (crying emoji). I think we all expected a Fyang vs. Kai showdown for the last two standing. I can’t get over this; she deserves more!”
“Kai’s result was so unexpected. I thought she’d be the 2nd Big Placer (sad emoji).”
“Kai deserves better than 4th place, but it’s okay. We, people from Cebu—or even those not from Cebu—are very proud of her. She’s a complete package and will surely become more famous!”
“We’re proud of Cebu because two Cebuana contestants made it to the Big 4.”
